How does per-property billing work?
Each property under your account is billed separately at the package price you choose. You'll receive a consolidated invoice for all your properties at the end of your free trial, and yearly thereafter.
What is an annual professional physical inspection?
A qualified, DBS-checked inspector visits your property in person, performs a thorough condition assessment, takes photographs, checks for damp, mould, and maintenance issues, and provides a detailed report with a property health score.
What is Awaab Law issue tracking?

How does the handyman marketplace work?
